Allex Michael: The Cochrane Animal Clinic staff was very understanding of Ebbey's extreme kennel phobia and allowed me to sit with her until the surgery. Ebbey will scream whine and dig until her paws bleed if put inside a kennel. Which is the last thing you want just before surgery. Most vets won't let you to do this. Likely space, protocol and some owners are difficult to deal with. Plus some owners are upset themselves and upset the dog even more.
There were two vet techs (Andrea and Lynn) and Dr. Wennekamp for Ebbey's surgery. Lynn, Andrea and Meagan were very kind to Ebbey and I. Their second surgery room for small animals and lab area looked standard and up to date. They did the pre surgery blood screening in house.
